AMP Analysis is brought in to solve specific, often messy problems. Engagements are generally designed around a defined challenge, investigation, analysis, solution, and useful deliverable—not an open-ended consulting program.

Understand the organization, problem, context, constraints, available information, and root causes.

Develop a practical solution appropriate to the specific organization and problem.

Build, organize, configure, analyze, document, or otherwise put the solution into practice.
