I’m Ann Marie, and I help organizations make sense of complex problems.
My experience sits at the intersection of business, operations, finance, technology, systems, data, and analysis. Much of that experience comes from working inside complex, multi-location service organizations, particularly in veterinary care, where operational, financial, and systems problems rarely stay neatly in one lane. I bring the perspective of someone who has spent years working inside organizations and solving real operational problems—not simply advising from the outside.
Curiosity, pattern recognition, analytical thinking, and practical judgment guide the work. The aim is always the same: translate complexity into something people can understand, use, and carry forward.
